Ase (also used a spelling of Asa) Anna (Congdon) Sherman, wife of Stephen Sherman. She was born 1769 in North Kingstown, Washington Co., RI and died September 09, 1833. They were married abt 1789 in Sandisfield, Berkshire, Massachusetts. Stephen's initials are on a small monument by  her's. Stephen was born September 26, 1768, in  North Kingstown, Washington Co., RI and died August 20, 1832, in the town of  Sheldon, Wyoming County, NY. He was a farmer.
