71. This was identified as a modern photo of the rebuilt Bailey's Beach. This was from a hurricane in the late 80's or early 90's. 72. "Hazard's Beach. The gate in the foreground is currently used to exit the Parking Lot. In the background is what remains of the beach hall." (Conor Gavan) 73.St. George's steeple, Middletown, in the background.

88.  89. 40 steps? 90. Herb Armstrong of Newport wrote that this is "a view south along Washington Street toward Battery Park - probably taken from what remains of the Van Zandt Pier."
91. Probably the Vandsant pier next Newport bridge. Herb Armstrong wrote, "It definitely is of the footings from the Van Zandt Pier."
