Miller Place Library, May 2002 Left: The Miller Place Academy Free Library, May 2002. The date 1834 is over the door. Click the image to see the full steeple and weather vane.

Miller Place School 1921 "School House, Miller's Place, L. I." mailed in 1921. The building was erected on North Country Road in 1834.

Miller Place Harbor House Left: "Exterior - Harbor House, Miller's Place" mailed in 1911. Built in 1890 as a woman's summer "hotel." It burned in December 1962.
Right: Railroad Station, Miller Place. Mailed in 1906. The women are probably going to, or coming from, Harbor House.

Hallock Residence Miller Place 1908 "The Pond and Mrs. S. Hallock's Residence, Miller Place" mailed in 1908. The picture is by Belle J. E. Rowell.

Miller Place Pond 1936 "The Pond Millers Place" mailed in 1936. By R. S. Feather, Smithtown Branch.

Miller Place Post Office "The Store and Post Office, Miller Place, Long Island, N. Y." Published by H. H. Davis, Miller Place. The apostrophe was removed from Miller's Place by the government about 1894 for post office mail, but continued for many other uses.
